What to send us
A photo of the stump itself, taken close enough to judge diameter but wide enough to show the ground around it - whether it's sitting on level lawn, above or below a retaining wall, or partway down a slope. Include your address and a short note on how a machine would need to reach it, especially if the driveway climbs, curves, or narrows before getting there. The more of that context we can see up front, the less likely we'll need a follow-up visit before confirming a price.
What you'll get back
Most photo-based estimates get a firm number back within the same day, not a range that changes once we're on site. If the terrain is hard to judge from a picture alone, terraced yards especially, we'll say so and offer to swing by for a quick look rather than quote something we're not confident holding to. Either way, the price you're given is the price you're billed unless the job turns out to be materially different from what was shown or described.
