Reviews for Forest Hills Stump Grinding Pros
This business is new enough that there's nothing to show you here yet, and I'd rather tell you that plainly than fill the space with something that isn't real.
Why this page is mostly empty right now
I started this company to focus specifically on the hillside and terraced-lot work that a lot of Forest Hills properties need and a lot of general tree services treat as an afterthought. That focus is worth something, but it doesn't come with a backlog of five-star ratings, and I'm not going to invent one to make this page look more finished than the business actually is. If you're looking at this site and wondering whether to be the first call, that's a fair thing to wonder, and I'd rather earn an honest yes than manufacture one.
What you're actually guaranteed
If a stump comes back proud of grade after the surrounding soil settles, or a root you expected ground flush pops back up within the first season, I'll come back and fix it at no charge - that's not a marketing line, it's how the job gets closed out. On slope work specifically, if grindings I chose to leave on site turn out to have washed somewhere they shouldn't have during a heavy rain shortly after the job, tell me and I'll come look at it and make it right, whether that means hauling the remainder or adjusting how it was spread. I'd rather stand behind a mistake on a hillside lot than pretend that kind of thing never happens on a grade.
How real reviews will get here
After every completed job, I'll text or email a direct link to leave a Google review, and I won't cherry-pick which ones get shown or offer a discount in exchange for a good one - what shows up here and on Google will be whatever people actually write, unedited. Until there's a real body of them, I'd rather show none at all than a handful that look padded or coached. If you want a sense of the work before that history exists, ask and I'll walk you through recent jobs by phone or send along in-progress photos from a hillside project close to what you're picturing.
Straight answers on stump grinding in Forest Hills
Why don't you have any reviews yet?
Because the business is new. I'd rather leave this page honest and mostly blank than write something up myself or borrow language that reads like a review without being one. Real ones will appear here as jobs get finished and homeowners choose to leave them.
How do I know the work will be good if there's no track record posted?
You can ask me directly about recent jobs, including the hillside or retaining-wall work closest to what you're dealing with, and I'll describe it honestly, problems included. I'm also glad to send photos from a job in progress if that helps more than a stranger's star rating would.
What exactly does your workmanship guarantee cover?
If a ground stump settles and pops back up, or a root we thought we'd cleared resurfaces within the first season, I'll return and regrind it at no charge. On slope jobs, if grindings we left on site wash somewhere unintended after a heavy rain soon after the visit, I'll come fix that too.
Will you eventually post reviews here, or only on Google?
Both, as they come in. I'll link to the Google reviews directly rather than retyping them here, so nothing gets edited or selectively chosen along the way.
