Forest Hills proper first, then out along the same roads that carry the terrain with them - Hillsboro Pike one direction, Old Hickory Boulevard the other.
Home ground: Forest Hills and its hillside streets
Most jobs stay inside Forest Hills itself - Hidden Valley, Tyne Valley Estates, and the stretch of properties climbing off Hillsboro Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard toward the ridge. We don't set our radius by a fixed number of miles so much as by how confidently we can get a rig up a given driveway and back down again safely, which is a different question here than it would be in a flat suburb. A property three miles out on a gentle street can be a quicker, easier job than one a mile away at the top of a steep, curving drive.
Otter Creek and Granny White Pike mark the rough edge where our own ridge starts easing toward the lower ground shared with Oak Hill.
Beyond the ridge
From there we regularly work Oak Hill's flatter basin lots near Radnor Lake, Belle Meade's rolling estate ground off Harding Pike, Brentwood on both sides of the Williamson County line, Green Hills along the Hillsboro Pike retail corridor, the 12 South and Berry Hill blocks reaching toward inner Nashville, and Bellevue's limestone bluffs above the Harpeth River where Old Hickory Boulevard continues west. Each of those has its own terrain and its own local detail, covered on its own page rather than lumped together here, since a Belle Meade estate lawn and a Bellevue bluff lot need genuinely different equipment plans even though both fall inside where we'll drive.
